Annual Student Research & Award Day

The 2014 Student Research and Award Day took place on April 10, 2014, where Sociology  undergraduate and graduate students took part in poster presentations and several scholarships and awards presented.  Jo Reger, Associate Professor of Sociology at Oakland University, delivered the keynote speech and Dr. Leon Warshay was honored for 45 years of service with the WSU Sociology Department.

Congratulations to our Three SRAD Poster Award Winners: Amanda Levitt, Robin Shellnut, and Anabel Stoeckle!!  All three students won awards at our 2013 Sociology Student Research and Award Day.  They received the following poster awards:
